Using watercolors, acrylics, oil or collage,  Mikell captures the beauty of nature in her works.  Anything becomes a canvas for Mikell, whether it be stones, chairs, or even clothing, in a collage or a still portrait, she displays her artistic talent effortlessly.

Mikell's works are mostly a collection of collages, still portraits, and creations of nature: trees, fish, cats, frogs and birds. She is able to capture and transform the most simple object into beautifully displayed art.

Not only an artist at heart, but an entrepreneur as well, Mikell Worley is the founder and president of Mikell's Treasures. She has spent over 20 years designing, delivering and evaluating training that will help people improve their lives. She is dedicated to living a healthy life style and encouraging others to be proactive in their life style choices.  She has served on the board of directors for numerous organizations.She is currently active as the president of the local America's Promise which received the award for 100 Best Communities for the second year in a row, and chair of the Focused Care Council for Children and Youth with the United Way of the Capital Region. 

In 1994 she developed Hidden Treasures, a curriculum that serves as the basis for leadership styles, team building, diversity training, creative problem solving, stress reduction and time and energy management.
